My client is seeking an experienced Internal & Corporate Communications professional to join their team on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan and deliver creative, multi-channel internal communications campaigns.
*Enhance our internal communications strategy, tools, and processes.
*Use insight, data, and analytics to shape targeted communications that deliver results.
*Lead key internal events, including all-staff meetings and employee recognition initiatives.
*Promote two-way communication across internal platforms.
*Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience delivering impactful internal communications strategies.
*Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
*Experience managing a variety of communication channels and delivering content for diverse audiences.
*Confidence in working with and advising senior leaders.
*Skilled in planning and delivering large-scale internal events.
*Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
*A collaborative approach and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
*Confidence in championing brand standards and tone of voice.
*A relevant qualification in marketing, PR, communications—or equivalent professional experience.
