Role Overview
A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor to join its Clinical Negligence team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded practice supporting clients through complex and life-changing clinical negligence claims.

Working closely with a respected Partner in the West Midlands team, you will gain exposure to a broad range of high-value and sensitive matters, including brain injuries, delayed cancer diagnoses, fatal claims, and serious orthopaedic injuries. The role offers a strong platform for career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.


Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

*Qualified Solicitor with minimum 2 years’ PQE in Clinical/Medical Negligence (claimant experience essential)


*Proven ability to manage your own caseload, including litigated matters


*Experience assisting on high-value, complex claims across multiple medical disciplines


*Strong client care skills with the ability to provide clear, empathetic legal advice


*Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team


*Excellent organisational and communication skills
