Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £27,000 - £31,000

Service Care are delighted to be working with a growing Healthcare organisation who are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join the team due to continuous growth. You will be reporting directly to the CFO with day-to-day bookkeeping with financial reporting and system management.
What you will be doing:*Assist the CFO with financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making
*Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and supporting reports
*Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
*Process and post sales invoices in a timely manner
*Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing
*Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
*Credit Control
*Process and post purchase invoices and receipts, ensuring correct coding and approvals
*Manage invoice workflows
*Perform bank reconciliations regularly and resolve variances
*Other ad hoc duties

Required Skills and Experience *AAT Level or equivalent
*4 years experience in a similar role
*Experience with Xero
*High attention to detail
