Job Description:
Job Title: Stock Controller
Location: Peterborough
Job Type: Full-time, Immediate Start
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
About the Role : We are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller to join an established automotive client based in the PE2 area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with stock control or inventory experience to step into a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities*Manage and maintain accurate inventory of automotive parts
*Monitor stock levels and ensure availability to meet business demands
*Process goods in and out, ensuring all records are updated correctly
*Liaise with accounts regarding stock discrepancies, invoicing, and reporting
*Carry out regular stock checks and investigate any variances
*Support the wider team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
Requirements*Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to communicate effectively, particularly when liaising with accounts
*Confident using stock systems and basic IT tools
Desirable (Not Essential)*Experience within the automotive or vehicle industry
