ABOUT THE CLIENT
We’re working with a leading creative agency known for delivering culturally relevant, insight-led campaigns across sport, gaming and entertainment. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring in a Midweight Strategist to support the development of impactful, fan first strategies for a range of global clients.

THE MIDWEIGHT STRATEGIST ROLE:
This is a brilliant opportunity for a curious, culturally aware strategist who thrives on understanding audiences and translating insight into impactful creative thinking. You’ll play a key role in developing campaign strategies rooted in audience behaviour, working closely with creative, insight and client teams to deliver work that connects with modern audiences.
You’ll be involved across the full strategic process, from research and insight gathering through to campaign development, execution and optimisation, ensuring all work is grounded in strong thinking and delivers measurable results.
MIDWEIGHT STRATEGIST ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
*Agency experience in strategy, research or planning
*Strong understanding of audience insight and cultural trends
*Experience working on multi-channel campaigns (social, content, influencer)
*Ability to translate data and insight into clear strategic recommendations
*Confident working with both qualitative and quantitative research
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*Passion for sport, gaming, music or entertainment
