My Local Government client is looking to recruit a number of qualified Finance Managers to join the team across all it’s directorates, including Children’s, HRA, Environment and Corporate. Reporting into the Director of Financial Management and with responsibility for a small team, these roles are responsible for identifying key financial issues and risks affecting the business which require attention, resolve issues with Senior Managers and identify mitigating actions to ensure net expenditure is within budget. You will also produce financial and commercial analysis to support the financial strategy, decision making and service reviews.

These roles are all key positions within the finance team and require candidates who are fully CCAB qualified as well as candidates with previous local government finance experience.

The roles are being offered on a permanent basis with 2 days a week required in the office. The salary range for the roles are £54,556 to £60,085.
