Location: City of London
Duration: 4 Months
Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Pay rate: £29.13 per hour
We are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a ’Project Manager’ on a temporary basis!
Purpose of the role:
You will lead the coordination and delivery of two strategic initiatives. The postholder will apply structured project and change management approaches to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, supporting teams and stakeholders through organisational, operational, and cultural change. The role will involve translating strategic objectives into practical delivery plans, coordinating activity across multiple teams, and ensuring that project outcomes deliver measurable benefits for the faculty.
Key responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and dependency maps.
*Coordinate project activities across departments and professional services teams to ensure milestones are achieved.
*Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
*Facilitate meetings and working groups associated with specific project governance and implementation.
*Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, develop solutions, and support decision-making.
*Provide regular progress reports, briefings, and updates to senior faculty leadership and governance groups.
*Establish clear project plans, governance arrangements, and reporting structures for faculty strategic initiatives.
