Are you a detail-driven bookkeeper who thrives on organisation and accuracy. CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a dynamic, community-focused business in Emsworth, Hampshire to recruit an experienced part time Accounts Assistant to join their welcoming team.
In this varied SME role, you’ll oversee transactional finance and provide wider support across the business, offering a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What will the part-time Accounts Assistant role involve?
*Processing transactional activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
*Assisting with payroll and employee expense processing.
*Supporting month-end and year-end financial procedures.
*Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless and compliant financial operations.
Suitable Candidate for the part-time Accounts Assistant vacancy:
*Proven experience in bookkeeping or similar accounting support roles.
*Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
*Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
*Ability to prioritise and work efficiently within deadlines.
*Professional and proactive attitude, with good communication skills.
