Part-Time Marketing Coordinator – 3 Days Per Week

Are you a creative, organised, and commercially minded marketer? Join one of the North’s best-known independent property groups and help bring new home developments to life!
What you’ll do:
*Create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
*Produce printed marketing materials in line with brand guidelines
*Support branch teams and coordinate campaigns and events
*Manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency
*Oversee our community support fund for your designated brand
What we’re looking for:
*Current or recent experience of working within a marketing role
*Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
*Experience creating and scheduling social media content
*Strong organisation and project management skills
*Confident communicator, able to work with a variety of stakeholders
*Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus
*Must have a car, a valid driving licence, and be able to travel across Yorkshire
*Property, new homes, or agency-side marketing experience is helpful but not essential
