Role Overview
A leading, award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join its growing Occupier’s Liability (OL) and Public Liability (PL) team. Acting on behalf of claimants, you will manage a high-quality caseload of litigated matters from inception through to conclusion, covering both fast track and multi-track claims.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
*Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ PQE
*Proven experience handling claimant OL/PL matters from cradle to grave
*Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
*Experience managing both pre-issue and litigated fast and multi-track cases
*Confident in drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal documents
*Skilled negotiator with strong advocacy experience
*Experience using claims portals (essential)
*Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
*Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
*Experience with Proclaim (desirable)
*Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented, with the ability to support junior colleagues
