An excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal with some fee-earning experience to join a fantastic Boutique Commercial firm. Join a thriving team of 5 lawyers in the residential conveyancing team.

The firm works on behalf of high-profile lenders and deals with great quality work, from commercial real estate Finance through to high-value dispute resolution.

Responsibilities:
Working on your own sales and purchase caseload with ample legal support, training and supervision if required.
Liaising with clients and agents on sales and purchases
Generating client bills to meet departmental targets
Drafting documents and letters
Assist on plot sales and other property transactions
Assist on other work in the company as and when required including assisting other departments as and when required

Candidate Profile:
Experience gained as a property paralegal in a well-regarded law firm
Clear and professional telephone manner
Excellent computer skills
Highly organised, efficient and proactive
Excellent communication skills
