Job Description:
Our client is a fast-growing, internationally operating business seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated finance professional to play a key role in strengthening financial controls, ensuring timely reporting, and leading a small transactional team.


Key Responsibilities
*Oversee daily transactional finance activities ensuring accuracy and completeness.
*Manage daily cashflow requirements.
*Maintain clean and timely accounts payable and receivable ledgers, including reconciliations and stakeholder communication.
*Oversee credit control and ensure proactive, professional communication.
*Support preparation of weekly working capital and compliance reporting.
*Own the preparation and submission of UK and overseas VAT reporting obligations.
*Provide cover and support across the finance team when required.
Key Skills & experience:
*Experience in leading or mentoring a small finance team.
*Strong UK VAT experience is essential (Overseas VAT knowledge is highly desirable)
*Excellent all-round accounting and technical skills
*Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
*Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and regions.
