Personal Assistant
*Location: Oxford City Centre
*Job Type: Long-term temp, Full-time
*Salary: £18.00 - £20.50 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a prestigious institution located in the heart of Oxford, within the Dean’s Suites. Day-to-day of the role:
*Providing high-level administrative support to the Dean and senior management.
*Managing extensive diaries and inboxes.
*Coordinating internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
*Acting as a professional and confidential point of contact.
*Preparing correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
*Liaising with stakeholders across the college and wider University.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within an academic or similarly structured environment.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
*Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
