Have sales experience (retail, telesales, estate agency, call centre, etc.)
Are confident communicators (phone + face-to-face)
Are target-driven and money-motivated
If you’re not comfortable picking up the phone, building relationships, and selling - this role won’t be the right fit.

The RolePhase 1: Training & Candidate Management (0-6 months)*Learn a specialist market (Rail & Engineering)
*Source, screen, and engage candidates
*Build talent pipelines
*Support senior consultants
You’ll still be expected to communicate confidently and build relationships daily


Phase 2: Sales & Business Development (6+ months)*Win new business and build client relationships
*Manage and grow your own desk
*Identify opportunities within existing accounts
*Generate revenue and earn commission
This is a sales role at its core - success depends on your ability to influence, negotiate, and close.
