Civil Engineer


Location: Wales (South Central)
Salary: £36,246 rising to £39,942
Hours: 37 hrs per week
Contract: Permanent

Yolk Public Sector are working with a leading environmental organisation delivering large-scale forestry and infrastructure projects across Wales. This is a great opportunity for a Civil Engineer to step into a role with real environmental impact.


The Civil Engineer will:
*Managing forest road construction, upgrades and maintenance
*Overseeing contractors and ensuring safe, compliant delivery
*Inspecting roads, bridges, quarries and infrastructure
*Supporting project planning, budgeting and delivery
*Producing drawings and technical documentation


What we’re looking for:
*Civil engineering experience (infrastructure, highways or similar)
*Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations
*Experience with AutoCAD and project planning tools
*Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
Desirable:
*Experience in rural, forestry or environmental projects
*Knowledge of drainage, bridges or quarry operations
