Job Description:
Conveyancer – Huddersfield
A respected and progressive law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Huddersfield office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer seeking a supportive environment that genuinely prioritises flexibility and work-life balance.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right-to-buy transactions and shared ownership matters.
This role offers the chance to play an integral part in delivering a high standard of client care while contributing to the ongoing success and expansion of the team.
Key Responsibilities
*Running a broad residential conveyancing caseload with autonomy
*Maintaining excellent client communication and service standards
*Working collaboratively within a friendly and experienced team
*Assisting with matters delegated by the Partner leading the department
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
*Supervising and supporting junior colleagues where appropriate
*Participating in networking and business development initiatives
*Engaging in continued professional development and training

About You
You will be:
*An experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive able to manage your own caseload
*Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team
*A confident communicator with a strong commitment to client care
*Organised, proactive and adaptable
*Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
*Motivated to build long-term client relationships and continue developing professionally
