Job Description:
Senior Designer — Creative & Product | Consumer Goods Industry | On-site Monday - Friday | £45,000–£50,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a designer with:
* 7+ years’ experience in a brand or agency environment
* A portfolio demonstrating high-level conceptual thinking and exceptional execution
* Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong layout, hierarchy, typography and design-system skills
* Ability to take a brief from idea to polished delivery
* A systematic approach to file organisation, workflow, and creative process
* A passion for pushing boundaries while maintaining brand consistency
* Experience within FMCG, or product driven industries
Responsibilities
* Create product graphics, packaging, brand layouts and visual assets
* Design digital assets, social graphics, email campaigns and UI - aligned visuals
* Brand storytelling and creative launches, campaigns and global rollouts
* Design retail, in-store and environmental creative
* Build and manage visual systems, templates and presentation decks
* Take projects from concept to final execution with strong rationale and craftsmanship
* Work closely with Creative Direction, Product, Marketing and wider cross-functional teams
The role requires excellent conceptual ability, layout, hierarchy, typography and design-system thinking.
Salary & Benefits
* £45,000–£50,000 (DOE) + bonus

This role is on-site, Monday to Friday , so you must be able to drive to the location or commute by train.
