You will be working in the Building Services OU based across Barts and Royal London Hospital in where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.
We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Manager who will be lead and develop a team to deliver commercial governance and activity across the Project.
As the Senior Commercial Manager, you will:
*Full accountability for all commercial aspects of the Project or portfolio.
*Accountable for Project or portfolio Forecast and month-end CVR, including cost management, recovery of cost, and commercial entitlements, in line with Skanska OU Guidance.
*Be the first point of contact for escalations and disputes or any other commercial matters and where necessary provide internal Skanska updates on progress and status. Manage commercial interface with the client, customer and other stakeholders.
*The role will proactively seek process improvements to meet contract obligations and deliverables.
*The role will oversee compliance to company process to protect entitlements and mitigate risk exposure.
We are looking for:
*Experience of contract documents (PFI/Bespoke/JCT/NEC is preferred)
*Degree or equivalent level qualification in related commercial related subject
*Extensive commercial experience within a contracting organisation preferably within the FM environment
*Security clearance where required
*Experience of Oracle or other similar Financial accounting systems such as ERP.
