Job Description:
HR Business Partner
We are working with a highly respected international organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established HR function. This is a broad and impactful role, offering the opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders, delivering both operational excellence and strategic HR support across a regulated environment.
As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a full range of HR services, partnering with senior leaders to provide expert advice aligned to best practice, regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs. You will be instrumental in embedding performance management frameworks, supporting the development of a high-performance culture, and ensuring that organisational values are consistently reflected in people practices. You will also act as a trusted advisor to managers, coaching on areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organisational development.
The role will see you managing complex employee relations matters, supporting wellbeing initiatives, and contributing to talent and succession planning strategies. You will also oversee onboarding processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide guidance on global mobility, including secondments and international transfers. Staying up to date with employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions will be essential to success in this position.
In addition to core HR responsibilities, you will have significant involvement in reward and payroll activities, including supporting annual remuneration reviews, preparing reports for governance committees, and contributing to benefits administration.
This position requires a commercially minded HR professional with strong generalist experience, including current or previous experience within the financial services sector. You will bring a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, alongside experience in reward, employee relations, and HR systems. This role is particularly well suited to an individual in the earlier stages of their HR Business Partner career who is looking to broaden their experience within a complex and regulated environment, while building their capability as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient, with a genuine passion for continuous improvement. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively across teams, and driving high standards in everything you do. In return, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and international business environment.
Please note you will be required in the office 4 days a week.
