A growing product-led business needs someone to take control of supply, demand and inventory and bring structure to a fast-moving operation.
This isn’t a sit-back role — you’ll be the one making things happen, improving visibility and keeping stock flowing without overstocking or firefighting.
What you’ll be doing
*Owning end-to-end supply & demand planning across multiple markets and channels
*Keeping inventory lean but effective — balancing cost vs service
*Managing supplier and import planning across UK, Europe and Asia
*Supporting and strengthening S&OP processes
*Building reports, tools and dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
*Driving real improvements in forecast accuracy and planning structure
What they’re looking for
*Experience across supply planning, demand planning and inventory control
*Background in manufacturing or product-led environments
*Strong Excel / data skills (Power BI helpful)
*Experience working with international supply chains
*Someone proactive, hands-on and commercially aware
