Are you a passionate, resilient, and nurturing educator looking to make a real difference?
An established Alternative Provision in Ipswich, Suffolk, is seeking a dedicated SEN / SEMH Teacher to join their supportive team and help transform the lives of young people who benefit from a personalised, holistic approach to learning.
We are looking for an inspiring teacher with experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will:
· Deliver engaging, tailored learning to small groups or 1:1
· Support pupils presenting with behavioural, social, or emotional barriers
· Foster positive relationships, emotional regulation, and independence
· Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
· Create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
· Contribute to personalised learning plans and progress reviews
