We’re looking for an Operations Excellence Lead to drive performance, stability, and continuous improvement within a pilot manufacturing environment for our client. This is a hands-on role, combining shopfloor involvement with the development of scalable systems and processes.
Operations Excellence Lead Key Responsibilities:
*Define and track manufacturing KPIs (yield, throughput, cycle time)
*Implement SPC and drive process stability
*Lead Lean initiatives (standard work, flow, waste reduction)
*Identify bottlenecks and deliver continuous improvement
*Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
*Build visual management and performance systems
Experience required:
*Experience in operational excellence / continuous improvement
*Experience in biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device manufacturing
*Comfortable working cross-functionally and on the ground
*Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
*SPC and regulated environment experience
