Conveyancing Fee Earner – Halifax

The Role
As an integral part of the Residential Property team, you will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion. The caseload will include a broad range of residential property matters, such as:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*Shared ownership transactions
*Help to Buy matters
Experience handling new build transactions would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
You will join a supportive and experienced team, with access to ongoing in-house training and structured career development.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
*At least 1 year’s conveyancing experience (PQE or equivalent)
*Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
*Strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and legislation
*New build experience desirable but not required
