So, what will you be doing?*Handling incoming calls and responding to client queries
*Supporting the progression of conveyancing transactions
*Preparing and verifying client care documentation
*Carrying out ID and source of funds checks
*Assisting with title checks under supervision
*Drafting and issuing contract packs
*Managing pre-contract enquiries on sale files
*Preparing pre-completion documents, including invoices and statements
*Updating the case management system accurately
*Supporting fee earners and wider team with administrative tasks
*Building relationships with third-party stakeholders through excellent service
