Key Responsibilities:
*Provide expert tax advice across corporate tax, personal tax, capital gains, inheritance tax, VAT, and cross-border structuring.
*Lead technically complex client engagements, ensuring compliance and optimising tax planning opportunities.
*Advise on corporate transactions, restructurings, and business growth strategies.
*Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing tax team.
*Grow your own client base while maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients.
