If you’re proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy juggling multiple priorities, this could be the perfect fit.

*Maintaining financial records for all projects and preparing monthly financial reports.
*Running internal project review meetings with Project Managers and the Programme Director.
*Carrying out additional project-related duties as required.
Bid Coordination

*Writing bid content and supporting the development of high-quality submissions.
*Supporting post-bid reviews and lessons-learned processes.
*Maintaining and updating the Bid Library.
*Managing a global database of all incoming, active and pending bids.
What you’ll be responsible for
*Supporting timely and accurate project implementation.
*Monitoring your own workload and meeting agreed schedules.
*Ensuring project costs are recorded and supplier activity is appropriately managed.
*Ensuring bid responses are high quality and delivered on time.
*Helping to drive excellent customer satisfaction throughout.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate across all internal departments, as well as with customers, subcontractors and suppliers. Day-to-day work is self-managed but overseen by the Programme Director and project teams.
What we’re looking for
Qualifications & Experience
*A technology/engineering degree and/or project management qualification (highly preferred).
*Ability to obtain SC Security Clearance.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficient in VISIO, Excel, Project and other standard office applications.
Personal Skills
*Highly organised, methodical and detail-focused.
*Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
*Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
*Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
*A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
*Flexibility to travel when required.
What you’ll find challenging (and rewarding!)
*Balancing the competing demands of multiple stakeholders.
*Working to tight timescales in a busy project environment.
*Driving through results with tenacity and ownership.
