Your Role Will Involve:
*Acquisition and disposal of development land
*Planning and infrastructure agreements (including Section 106 and CIL)
*Secured lending and development finance
*Site set-up for residential and commercial schemes
*Drafting easements, covenants, and handling non-contentious construction matters
*Advising on SDLT and related tax issues
What We’re Looking For:
*5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property or Property Development
*Strong knowledge of planning, infrastructure, and land acquisition
*Ability to lead transactions and build client relationships
*Interest in developing the firm’s property offering through BD and marketing
