Corporate Associate Solicitor

An opportunity to join a highly regarded corporate team known for delivering on complex, high-value transactions across M&A and private equity. With a strong National presence the department act for an impressive portfolio of national and international deals.
Based in Bristol, you will join at Associate level, working closely with experienced lawyers and advising a broad client base including private equity investors and corporates.
The role:
*Advising on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and investment transactions
*Working directly with private equity houses and corporate clients on significant deals
*Supporting the continued growth and success of the Bristol office
*Taking on supervision responsibilities for the juniors in the team
About you:
*Qualified Solicitor circa 3 PQE
*Experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions (preferred but not essential)
