Job Description:
Location: Hybrid - Tuesday & Wednesday in the office (NG2 Business Park), Monday, Thursday & Friday at home
Salary: up to £28,500 + Bonus (depending on experience)

The Recruiter will be responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process and accountable for a high volume vacancy workload for our client G4S, recruiting security guards.
Working with the Resourcing Delivery Manager to define and manage demand plans in line with business requirements, ensuring sufficient quality talent through proactive candidate generation and management. Your role will involve managing the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, producing engaging job descriptions and ads, direct sourcing including engaging with passive candidates, telephone interviewing and assessing candidates and building your market knowledge and networks within your Geography.
This role is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
What you’ll do as Recruiter:
This is an incredibly diverse role which will undoubtedly keep you on your toes, below is just a selection of what you can expect:
*Work closely with Operational Managers and Resourcing Delivery Manager to determine current and future business resource requirements.
*Build relationships with Operational Managers to ensure effective and efficient recruitment processes, and develop business knowledge and understanding.
*Understanding geography insights i.e largest employers, number of Licensed candidates in your Region, best ways to recruit/ Hiring Insights
*Build, maintain and manage a up to date Talent Pool for your geography ensuring candidates are contacted frequently and advised of new vacancies within your region. Where candidates become unresponsive removing candidates out of the Talent pool so this remains a true pipeline of candidates.
*Manage the end to end recruitment process for high volume vacancies
*Conduct job briefings with Hiring Managers to understand requirements, creating engaging adverts and posting to relevant attraction sources
*Shortlist CV and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability within agreed KPI
*Provide suitable candidates to the business and booking in to Hiring Managers calendar.
*Coordinate interview scheduling and support Hiring Managers with the offer, screening and onboarding process
*Campaign management of attraction and candidate pipeline against demand requirements.
*Ensure effective candidate pipeline engagement to ensure engagement throughout the end to end process

*High attention to detail
*Strong stakeholder management.
*Flexible and adaptable and able to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving work environment
*Highly motivated and determined, with the ability to be resilient and confident with all client groups
