Description
*Lead and manage financial due diligence assignments for various transactions.
*Provide strategic advice and insights to clients during mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
*Review and analyse financial information, identifying key business drivers and risks.
*Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive solutions.
*Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
*Support business development activities, including proposals and client pitches.
*Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
Profile
*Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a strong background in Transactions Services
*Ideally you will have experience across a variety of sectors but a sector specialist would also be considered
*Experienced in leading engagements and managing a team
Job Offer
*Salary up to £80,000 with a bonus scheme on top, typically 15%-20%.
