Job Description:
Residential Development Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Suffolk, up to circa £60,000 (DOE) – This role would suit an ambitious solicitor looking to build their profile in residential development work, with clear progression prospects and the chance to play a part in the team’s continued growth. JOB REF: 3290.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer seeking high-quality work, meaningful client contact, and genuine long-term progression within a supportive and ambitious environment.
• Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential development and strategic land matters such as conditional and unconditional sale agreements, site acquisitions and disposals, development finance transactions, strategic land option and promotion agreements.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
