Are you a Residential Conveyancer or Property Solicitor with 2 years’ experience looking to join a specialist, high-performing team?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, award-winning National law practice that focuses exclusively on residential conveyancing. With a strong presence across London and the South of England, the firm has built a reputation for delivering a high-quality, efficient service to a broad client base, including high-net-worth individuals and introducers.
You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive team environment, where your ideas are valued, and your contribution will directly impact the continued success and growth of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
*Handling a full range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties
*Dealing with leasehold matters, lease extensions, and unregistered land
*Advising on SDLT requirements, including reliefs and exemptions
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and brokers
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
*Contributing to business development and helping grow introducer relationships
About you:
*Ideally 2+ years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced non-qualified conveyancer
*Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property work
*Proven ability to manage files independently and deliver excellent client service
*Experience developing relationships with introducers is highly desirable
*Confident communicator with strong organisational and time management skills
*Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
