Residential Conveyancer
South Wales | Hybrid Working
Leading Regional Firm | Salary up to £50k

You’ll be joining a growing residential property team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. The firm is committed to nurturing talent, offering hands-on experience, structured development, and clear opportunities for progression from the outset.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision
*Handling transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more where required
*Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters when required
*Providing clear, practical advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships
*Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team
*Contributing to business development and networking activities as your experience grows
About you:
*At least 1 year conveyancing experience
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
*Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop your expertise
*Able to work both independently and as part of a team
