We’re hiring a Sales Manager to take ownership of a telesales function that sits at the heart of new business growth. This isn’t just managing a team - it’s your chance to shape it, grow it, and drive real results.
What You’ll Be Doing*Build and leada high-performing telesales team from the ground up
* Drive activity, quality and appointment conversion
* Coach, develop and push your team to exceed targets
* Own CRM performance and pipeline quality
* Work closely with field sales to maximise opportunities
* Introduce incentives, competitions and ideas to keep energy high
* Deliver performance insights and influence senior leadership
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience managing a telesales / contact centre team
* Strong track record of driving results in a target-driven environment
* A hands-on leaderwho leads from the front
* Commercially focused with a consultative mindset
* Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
