Job Description:
Looking to start your office career? We’re looking for someone with great customer service skills and strong attention to detail to join our Contracts team. Full training provided-perfect for a first office role.

SF Partners are working with a great business who are looking for 2 temporary Customer Service Coordinators on an ongoing basis. Immediate start required.

About the Role

As a Contracts Client Service Co-ordinator, you’ll support the customer journey from order to plot completion. You’ll work closely with site teams and internal departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
* Confirm delivery dates and stock availability
* Liaise with site agents, surveyors, buyers, and internal teams
* Ensure accurate stock allocation for planned plots
* Keep clear, detailed customer notes
* Build strong customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Good keyboard and Microsoft application skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Team player
