This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting children with additional needs and are looking for flexible work that fits around their schedule.
About the RoleAs a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant working through Tradewind Recruitment, you will:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
*Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
*Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development
*Promote positive behaviour and help manage challenging situations
*Adapt quickly to different school environments
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience supporting children with SEN (in schools or similar settings)
*Strong behaviour management skills
*A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
*Flexibility and reliability
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
