Ground Maintenance Operative

Required Skills:
*Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or similar outdoor roles
*Proficiency in using strimmers, hedge cutters, and other landscaping tools
*Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to outdoor work
*Ability to carry out manual tasks such as edging, trimming, and litter collection
*Valid Full UK Driving Licence (a company van is provided)
Nice to Have Skills:
*Previous experience working with housing associations or local councils
*Basic knowledge of plant and shrub care
*Ability to operate small machinery or gardening equipment
Preferred Education and Experience:
*Prior experience in a similar grounds maintenance or gardening role
*Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Other Requirements:
*Full UK Driving Licence required
*Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, totaling 35 hours per week
*Health and safety awareness is essential
