This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied and people-focused role where no two days are the same. As HR Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation. * Supporting ER matters such as attendance, conduct, and performance cases
* Attending meetings and maintaining accurate, confidential records
* Guiding managers on policies and ensuring correct procedures are followed
* Assisting with monthly payroll preparation and processing
* Coordinating recruitment activity, including agency liaison and interview scheduling
* Managing onboarding processes, from offer documentation to induction support
* Handling leaver administration, including exit processes and system updates
* Maintaining HR systems, employee records, and absence tracking
* Supporting employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing/recognition programmes
* Assisting with HR reporting, audits, and GDPR compliance
About the Successful Applicant
You will have previous experience in an HR admin role, with exposure to employee relations and recruitment. Highly organised and detail-driven, you manage multiple priorities with ease and handle confidential information with professionalism. You bring strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for delivering a positive employee experience.
