The Role*Proactively source and attract high-quality Support Workers across the UK
*Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for contract and temporary bank healthcare roles
*Work closely with consultants to fill roles within complex care, children’s services and supported living services
*Screen, interview, and fully prepare candidates for placements
*Engage candidates using a consultative, relationship-led approach
*Maintain strong candidate relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
*Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to identify top talent
Who we’re looking for*1+ year experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (or similar role)
*Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
*Confident, sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
*IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*A genuine interest in healthcare recruitment and making a difference
Desirable:*Experience recruiting within healthcare (especially temps)
*Knowledge of complex care or supported living
*Experience in high-volume candidate generation
