Are you an organised and proactive Administrator with experience in financial services? This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team where you’ll play a key role in supporting Advisers and ensuring the smooth running of client processes.


The Role
As an Administrator, you will provide essential support to Advisers and the Operations Manager, assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks across investments and pensions.
You’ll be involved in the full client journey, from preparing for meetings through to processing new business and ongoing servicing.


Key Responsibilities
*Preparing basic reports and supporting with client documentation
*Assisting advisers with gathering information ahead of client meetings
*Processing new business and top-ups across provider platforms
*Managing Letters of Authority requests
*Handling fund switches, purchases, sales, and ad hoc income withdrawals
*Maintaining accurate records on back-office systems (Intelligent Office)
*Preparing pre-meeting packs and completing post-review follow-ups
*Supporting all aspects of pension and investment administration
*Assisting with ad hoc projects as required
*Supporting with incoming calls when needed


Planning & Reporting
*Managing workload efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
*Reporting into the Operations Manager


About You
*Ideally at least 1 year’s experience within an IFA or financial services environment
*Experience working with provider platforms and new business processing
*Familiarity with Intelligent Office (advantageous)
*Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Adaptable, proactive, and able to prioritise workload effectively
