We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Support professional to join our close-knit commercial finance team. If you’ve previously worked in banking, or similar and love being at the heart of fast-moving deals, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Tracking progress proactively and chasing lenders/stakeholders to prevent delays
*Acting as a key point of contact
*Packaging and submitting applications in line with requirements
*Responding to queries and gathering outstanding information
*Reviewing and verifying supporting documents
*Keeping CRM records, notes, and case updates accurate and up to date
*Providing regular updates to all involved parties
*Escalating issues or risks if needed
*Supporting internal reporting on case statuses and pipeline
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
*Background in commercial banking support or similar
*Ability to handle multiple workload at once in a deadline-driven environment
*Strong organisational, administrative, and prioritisation skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*CRM experience and confidence using Microsoft Office
