Job Description:
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Secretary?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in supporting senior stakeholders, ideally at Board or executive level, to join our client, a respected wealth management firm based in Cirencester. If you have EA or PA experience and possess strong organisational skills, discretion, and experience working in a fast-paced environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.
This is a 3-month contract commencing in April. Based in Cirencester, the role offers £18 per hour plus holiday pay. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. The position is hybrid, with flexibility to split your time between onsite and from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a busy inbox, ensuring emails are prioritised and organised effectively
* Oversee8complex diaries
* Assist with the organisation of events across UK locations
* Arrange UK travel, as required
* Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
* Prepare documentation for meetings, correspondence, presentations and reports
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a PA, EA or secretarial role
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills when liaising with internal teams and senior stakeholders
* Proficiency in SharePoint, intermediate Excel, and collaborative editing in PowerPoint
* A detail-focused approach, with a proactive mindset and ownership of workload
* Confidence working in a dynamic environment with frequently shifting priorities
The Role:
Supporting the smooth operation of the team, you will confidently arrange meetings, assist with the preparation and distribution of board packs, and gain valuable experience within a leading organisation.
Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to succeed and become part of a collaborative and supportive team. As a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, receive weekly pay and, after 12 weeks of employment, may benefit from a pay increase and enrolment into the pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have gone on to secure long-term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.
