Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Part Time - 16 hours per week
Shifts: Monday, Thursday and Saturday - 9.30 am - 2.30pm

About the Role
You’ll be supporting adults with:
*Learning disabilities
*Autism
*Physical disabilities
*Acquired brain injuries
Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.
In this role you will be supporting 3 people in their own homes, helping with shopping, meals out, cleaning and meal prep. This role does not involve any personal care or manual handling. A driver is preferable but homes are close together and can walk between.
Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker
You’ll support with:
*Personal care and wellbeing
*Medication support
*Meal planning and preparation
*Household tasks
*Building confidence and independence
*Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
*Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team
Please note: The Days of work for this role are - Monday, Thursday and Saturday - 9.30 am - 2.30pm
