The role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior leadership within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities*Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
*Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
*Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management.
*Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
*Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
The person
Skills & Experience*Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
