Our client, a leading firm in the oil and gas sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Sourcer with Field Engineer expertise for a contract position. This role is an exciting opportunity to work directly on-site, with no hybrid options, ensuring full immersion in projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:*Identifying and engaging qualified candidates for various field engineering roles
*Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future project needs
*Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and project goals
*Utilising various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events
*Screening and evaluating candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
*Coordinating and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
*Maintaining detailed records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities
*Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and recruitment teams
Job Requirements:*Experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in field engineering roles
*Strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for field engineers
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Ability to work effectively on-site without hybrid options
*Relevant qualification in engineering or a related discipline is preferred
