Senior Recruitment Consultant – GTM / Sales (Build a New Division)
Location: Fareham (3 days a week in office)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + uncapped commission (up to 35%)

We’re launching a dedicated GTM / Sales division, and this is a rare opportunity to get in early, build a market, and own it.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring experienced recruiters to help launch and grow our new GTM division across two key areas:
*South Coast GTM Desk (Hampshire, Portsmouth & Southampton)
*SaaS / Technology GTMDesk (National)
You’ll focus on placing revenue-generating professionals, including:
*BDRs / SDRs
*Account Executives (Mid-Market & Enterprise)
*Business Development Managers
*Customer Success Managers
*Marketing professionals
*Head of Sales / Sales Directors / VPs
This is a true 360 role, with full ownership to build your market, develop clients, and scale your desk.

About You
We’re looking for someone who already understands the GTM / sales recruitment space and wants more ownership and upside.
You’ll have:
*Experience in recruitment (ideally placing sales / GTM professionals)
*Proven track record of billing and/or winning new business
*Strong understanding of sales roles and structures (SDR AE Leadership)
*A commercial mindset and ability to engage senior stakeholders
*A proactive, ownership-driven approach — you want to build, not just maintain
*Ambition and motivation to maximise earnings and progression
