Job Description:
Graduate Estate Agent - Wimbledon - Full Training Provided - £24,000k basic, £60k plus OTE
My client is a well established, high-end independent agency with an excellent reputation. They are now looking for a driven, enthusiastic graduate estate agent to join their team in Wimbledon.
Main duties of the graduate estate agent include:
*Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
*Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
*Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
*Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
*Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.
*Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
*Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants
In return, my client is offering the Graduate Estate Agent the following:
*Personalised training
*Progression and incentives
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, every other Saturday 10-4
