Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking and values-driven care provider seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead their catering operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a pioneering team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and creating an environment where every resident feels valued and respected.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, nutritious, and person-centred dining experiences, ensuring that all catering services meet the diverse needs of residents while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service.
The Role:
*Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to residents’ dietary, cultural, and medical needs
*Plan and deliver seasonal menus in line with regulations and budgets
*Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
*Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen team performance
*Support events and work closely with care and hospitality teams
About You:
*Level 3 Catering (or equivalent)
*Experience in a senior kitchen role (care setting desirable)
*Strong knowledge of food safety and H&S
*Organised, proactive, and a strong team leader
