A well-established, award-winning law firm in Devon is expanding its highly regarded Private Client department and is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a Diverse Private Client Caseload
*Estate Administration and Probate Matters
*Drafting Wills and Advising on Estate Planning
*Inheritance Tax (IHT) Planning and Wealth Protection
*Trust Creation, Management and Advisory Work
*Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Optional Court of Protection Matters
Business Development & Client Engagement
*Build relationships with local clients and professional networks
*Participate in networking and business development initiatives (optional but encouraged)
Candidate Requirements
Experienced Private Client Legal Professional (4+ Years PQE)
*Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Experienced Fee Earner
*Minimum 4 years’ experience in Private Client Law
*STEP or SFE accreditation (or working towards) – advantageous
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Client-focused with excellent communication abilities
