Job Summary
We are seeking an Insolvency Partner in Bristol to lead insolvency and restructuring engagements for businesses and individuals. This client-facing role combines technical expertise, commercial insight, and leadership, with responsibility for managing complex cases, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients facing financial distress and assess insolvency options
* Administer CVAs, CVLs, administrations, IVAs, and bankruptcies
* Negotiate with creditors and manage fund distributions
* Ensure compliance with UK insolvency laws and regulations
* Investigate director conduct, identifying wrongful trading if necessary
* Mentor and develop junior team members
About You
* JIEB qualified and licensed by a recognised Insolvency Licensing Body
* Minimum five years’ experience in insolvency or financial restructuring
* Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law and financial matters
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
* Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
* Flexible and willing to travel to meet client needs
